Ken Shupe bought a 68 302 with this VIN# on it, he is planning on putting it in is car... it is very close on the Vin's but if the car has been located I am sure he would reunite the two...

Turns out that this car is out there.
Someone said that it sold at Carlisle about 15 years ago. Who knows where it is now.....

The car is out there ... it shows up in the Department of Justice's National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).  Go to www.add123.com and check VIN 124378N477646.  This will tell you in which state the car is currently registered.  The owner can then be located by doing a request for vehicle title history at the state where the car is.

OK  I spent the $4.95 and the car is registered in New York state as recent as 2-19-2009. I'll call my police buddies and find out who has the ca.r this should get interesting.
