WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO LOCATE MY ORIGINAL PROTECTO PLATE WITHOUT GIVEN TO MUCH IMFORMATION?  I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO POST VIN NUMBER.

I don't see a problem posting your VIN number.  I have posted mine several times.  What keeps people from taking it when you're out in public.
