   Is the Seymour Spruce Chevy Orange 98-48 the same as the Seymour Chevy Orange EN-48 ?

Never used the Spruce but it looks like it is a lower grade version of the EN-48.  At least that is what the Seymour web page states.  And is cheaper than the EN-48.

Keep in mind that if you are really stuck and need a specific color in a spray can for touch ups etc, you can have it loaded in a spray can at a good paint shop. I do this at times to have something available for when I have a very small part to paint and don't wantto get the spray gun out.
