Rally Wheel size and code for 1967 Camaro RS

Hello,
I have a 1967 Camaro Convertible RS with lots of options I'm restoring.  I do not have rally wheels for it.  Can someone tell me what the correct size should be as well as the two-digit code?

The only camaros that got rallys in 67 had disc brakes.  That being said, the non SS camaros received 14 x 5 DA wheels.  SS cars were 14 x 6 DG.
