700R4 LEAKING

I have 68 camaro with a zz502 and a 700r4 trans. The trans has 3 mounting holes at the rear of the tail housing( 1 on top and 2 on bottom ). I'm having fluid leaking from the bottom rear most hole. I've checked all around the area and confirmed that the leak is from this hole. Is there a gasket inside that needs to be replaced or do I have a crack in the housing. The leak is very slow, approx a drip per day or so. What is involved in removeing this housing and replacing any gaskets or "O" rings? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank-you
