Muncie 3-speed tranny

We would like to identify a cast iron case Muncie 3-speed tranny that has us baffled.  It doesn't match any of the I.D. information we have to Muncies.  Trust me,all of the below information has been triple checked for accuracy.

Muncie 3-speed cast iron case

7-bolt side cover

Main case casting number GM 6273282

Main Drive Gear teeth 18 (with no grooves)

Main Drive Gear clutch teeth splines – 10

Mainshaft driveshaft yoke teeth - 28

Cluster Gear Teeth -  29-23-17-16

Any assistance in identifying this tranny would be greatly appreciated.
