I´ve just taken the front bumper off while I´m painting the grill and I saw that the bumper wasn´t in line with the front.
Is there some instruction out there in how to remount the bumper the easiest way so it´s easy to adjust it without taking it down each time??  ???

The adjustment slots for the front bumper are located where the large mount bolts into the subframe.  You should have 2 people to adjust it and do one side at a time loosely.  Protect the edge of the grill incase bumper slips down.

I understand that but isn´t it very hard to get a vrench in there for tightening the nut??

You put a box end wrench inside the subframe and tighten bolt head with a socket on the outside.

..I´m not following you here...??
You mean you don´t supposed to adjust it inside the bumper??

Nope - the bumper adjustment for fit is made where the long bumper brackets attach to the side of the subframe. See section 14, sheet A2 in the Assembly Manual.
