69 lower cowls replacement...

anybody ever replace complete  lower cowls on a 69?.....im confused..i have the cowls, but it looks like i need to cut the actual body to istall them correctlly...anybody know what im talking about?...cause theinside of the new complete cowls should weld to the inner rocker panels.....and to me it looks like i need to cut that lower part of the body out.to have the complete cowls sit properlly

if you take a wire wheel on a drill , you will see all the factory spot welds, you have to drill them out and your old pieces should come off no problem

wow this is old..  seems i was wrong, i was talking about the side cowls..lol.... but while im at it ,does anybody have a complete lower cowl??...thats the final piece to the puzzle....
