Need Help with Engine Decode

My friend has a block with the following info. I don't have access to my files as I am 2,000 miles from home. Was told it was a 300HP 327 Chevelle motor. BUT.... Does it have a steel crank? That's what we need to find out before purchase. Any help appreciated... Danny

Yes, that's a 1967 327/300 with manual transmission and A.I.R. from a Chevelle.
