Should have a 10D ['69] Norwood body tag. Pic shows a 10E ['68] Van Nuys body tag with 40 40 paint code.

One or both tags are not original to the car.

I would guess the TT is the "original" one based on the Butternut yellow overspray on the pass inner qtr panel (pc 31).  VIN swap is run away time.
