Minor Topic - Door Jamb Vent

Minor originality question. Is the door jamb vent held in place with a silver cad Phillips screw or a black finish Phillips ? thanks

Thanks - Just thought it unusual to use a silver screw on the vent and black screws on the U jamb rubber
