Hi First Gen Camaro Drivers:

Can anyone confirm that the D91 Bumble Bee Stripe or Front Access Band (GM name) was in the same location for both 1967 and 1968 Camaro models?  I doubt GM would have changed the location from one model year to the next.  There seem to be several different variations and some stripes even go down below the bumper, which I believe is not factory correct.  It seems the stock D91 stripes actually appear to stop at the top of the bumper.

Many thanks.  gwp4

Did you see the CRG info on strips yet?

I'm no expert. Hell, I'm not even a novice on correctness so I wont hazard a guess.

Stripes were hand applied, and humans are not always good at replicating things exactly every time. Some of the original stripes were horrible.

I am pretty sure they were the same for 67 and 68.  And many have been reapplied incorrectly the past 50+ years.
