PTB On Los Angeles Cars

Just want to confirm that the PTB inspectors ink stamps were Norwood only.
I am looking at this Los Angeles Camaro and I was surprised to see the PTB ink stamps

I made the Same "Restoration" Error in the 1980's on My LOS cars, Since the USCC info at the time was limited.
Someday I will fix mine,,,
