1969 Camaro SS396 Window Sticker

Drove my car to the coffee shop and a man approached me saying that he bought one new in 1969. This is a photo of the window sticker he showed to me.

Does the car still exist or do you have any more information?

He told me that he traded it in when he moved out east. So, probably unknown if the car is still around. I provide a picture of it here, just in case someone can benefit. He also has all of the brochures that he picked up when buying the car.
