Parts Identification

Need to identify 2 clamps from  my first gen. spare parts.  Both clamps were painted Chevy Orange  ,so I believe they are engine related Thank's!

The upper 1 is a BB auto trans hard line and sometimes positive battery cable clamp that bolts on oil pan rail by motor mount, don't think they started till about 1970/71, but I could be wrong. The lower 1 im not sure off, looks like later model clamp that retain the plastic wiring harness loom on mid 70 up starter wiring, and bolts to back of block bellhousing or auto trans . Hope that helps.
