This was found above the headliner tucked between the front roof bow and the underside of the roof skin.  Very well preserved.  I know these exist but I have to say I have never seen one until now.

 Congrats on a lucky find!

Mine was under the rug taped to the tunnel. Does yours have an early April date on the top right? Mine has a body number of 31556 with a mid-April date. I don't show that too often because it is likely the only remaining proof of authenticity left.
I mean....after reading some of the posts here from last week, even POP's are look upon as not being reliable proof anymore due to the almost perfect reproductions. So, IMHO, an UOIT is the next thing. I've had some people ask me about mine and I show an altered copy and I don't discuss paper weight or the fine print along the tractor feeds.

Mine is an 04C car and the date on top of the tag is 4 - 17 - 67.  BN 019071.

Mine is 04B with 4-13-67. From what I was told these were usually were removed by Fisher before the body went to Chevy to build the car.

Interesting that the cars were only a week apart and both had the UOIT left in the car but in two different spots.

Mike S

Does yours still have the original motor? MZ block? My VIN is L153767. I'm curious if your engine pad has the partial VIN sequence 7L reversed as L7 being ours were made close in time.

Yes original motor.  Engine assembled the same date as your UOIT.

Mike S

Ha!  The motor was assembled the same day as mine.... Valentine's Day. I tell my wife it was assembled with love :)  what is the VIN stamped next to it? I'm curious if yours had the reversed 7L as mine. There was a run of LOS assembled camaros that had that mistype.

Gregg,
Nice find! I know of only 17 of these sheets, so pretty rare! Almost all of them are out of 67 LOS cars, btw.
