All,

I am looking to find the best shifter to upgrade to. Looking at a B&M Quicksilver or Mega shifter. I have a '67 console. Looks like I will have to modify a shift plate no matter what I do. Any recommendations as to the best shifter to start with?

The stock one always seemed to work fine for me...Joe

Understand and agree... not having the original engine, we have built this one up a bit. Will keep the original shifter but was wondering what options I could find for a ratchet shifter for when I occassionally find myself on a track and want to have a bit more fun manually shifting it. Anything out there that could provide this while keeping my original shifter handle?

I think if you go to the track your answer is there. B&M
