I have been researching pre-assembled standard interior black door panels for my 69 camaro. Camaro Central offers a complete set (f&r) for $339.95 (OER brand?) while a complete set of Legendary's are $700 (are these manufactured in house by Legendary?).  Does anyone have experience with both? I understand and accept that better quality costs more, so is there that much difference in the quality?  TIA   jess

Legendary are very accurate looking. I used a set once a few years back. The only issue was I had to fold back the vinyl and trim the card board backing on the fron edge, not a Hugh deal, and typical on replacement stuff. Would use the again.

I used Legendary unassembled panels on my 68 and I found them to be very nice. I'm pretty sure they make them in house. I have no experience with other manufacturers though.

I would ask them who makes them. I searched for a set for my firebird a while back and regardless of where I bought them they were all the same manufactor. It came up when I tried to order them and they were all out of stock.

Pretty sure that Legendary are two piece though they are vinyl upper and lower whereas the originals are vinyl uppers and leatherette paper lowers (steamed and stamped over backing blocks)
