Dash Gauges- Green Lens Replacement

Has anybody figured out how to repair the green light lenses for the dash gauges? I have to repair mine and haven't found a solution searching the forums.

Is yours missing or just damaged? I recall this thread (http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=9544) about the little green lens falling out and there are pictures of how it should be attached with tape, may help. Otherwise the suggestion I put forward to put in a green-colored LED bulb may be an easier solution.

It's damaged,  at some point a bulb burnt a hole thru it.
