I just replaced my engine harness and front light harness in my 67. And noticed my headlight was out. I went to CAP for replacements and they gave me Wagner H 6024 halogen headlights. With the headlights being halogen and a stock harness will that burn out my wiring??

No, not if they are the same wattage and your connections are clean.
