Ohio guys -looking for info on this decal

This was on my 69 12B car when purchased pre-1980. Thought someone, here, may shed some knowledge about this club?

I'm up here in toledo and there is a club in the area called Northwest Ohio Street Machiners

A little more intense invetigating turned up a name of the past president of the club in Jamestown, Ohio. I contacted this person tonight and they verified the decal was from that club from around 1978-9. The person was not sure if they still had a name roster, which I thought may help in past owner history. Just a month ago I made contact with two previous owners from that time period. I am thinking one of them is the link to this decal, so I will call them and see what they can tell me.

Kind of learned it from a guy I admire for his tenacity...goes by Vince Z28. By the way, the club disbanded years ago, around 84, I believe. Person I contacted was nice and tried to help.
