1967 l48 original flex plate size

I would like to know what the original flex plate size for 1967 l48. I have not been able to find a a cover that fits over a 163 tooth on a small block 350, so makes me wonder if flex plate is correct.

If you are referring to the Powerglide, #3831527 underpan fits a 168 tooth flex plate.

Your flex plate is correct, those inspection covers are very hard to find as they are unique to the L48s.  I've been looking for one myself for quite awhile now.
