Rebuilding replacing front subframe mounts

Well it seems over the years someone decided to cut off the stock subframe mounts on the 69 Camaro I just purchased and move then under the floor which I dont like so I would like to put them back where they should be.  It looks like they cut the stock mounts off the firewall as well as lower fender mount.  What replacement parts to a need to put this back to the way to should be.
