Very early NOR tag question

I just looked at a friends 67 Camaro today.
Something seemed unusual.

The car appears to be factory loaded with options. RS, SS-350, PS, PB, A/C, Deluxe interior, PG trans, front disc brakes, speed minder,
The trim tag does not show ANY of the options except 3K?
The car was built 09D, and has a very low VIN number.

Is this before the codes were on the tag, it is a NOR car.
Or maybe this was all added at the dealer way back then. Or added at sometime to make a better car?  I couldn't read the engine stamp, to confirm the 350, but the car really looked mostly untouched ???

Fisher option codes were used from day 1 of production.  Some were added as production went thru the year (like the Z28 and the Big blocks) but others were there all the time.  This tag would have come off a car with a VIN around 12x37N109xxx.  Not really that low a VIN.  If the car has all those options then either they were all added thruoughout the years, or this isn't the original tag.

Thanks Mark,
That is what I suspected. I did not want to say anything at the time, simply said I would do some research.

Have known this car for a while, and it was a daily driver untill my friend bought it, and started to restore it. All of the a/c stuff is there - original compressor, dated POA, all brackets, condenser, filters, and all ductwork looks to be old and absolutly original to this car. Has original gauges and tach package, as well as the original deluxe interior, with deluxe belts, and disc brakes.

All the Rally sport components are there, and look to be original. Did not get a look at the block, but all the engine parts looked to be correct, and looked to have always been that way - the entire car was in need of a resto.

Now, I know this sounds silly, and I can't believe I am asking... but has anyone ever heard of Norwood forgeting to stamp the trim tag?   ::)  (I can't believe I actually asked)

I am only asking, because this car just does not look to be all put together, and the tag really looks like it has never been removed ???

I did not jot down the VIN, but what you sugested
above looks right.

Too bad for my friend, I really don't want to say anything unless he asks me.
Thanks

The rh rivet looks funny to me, looks more like a modern pop rivet?

I see that in the picture, but when i was there looking in person. It looked good.
I comented that the tag looked to have never been removed (that was my first guess)
I guess I am going to have to go back over and really look at everything more closely.

I really don't want to "burst this guys bubble'.  A real pretty car.

Hey maybe it is one of those "employee fluffed" cars.  ;D  ::)
