Anyone know if a 69 AC Delco AM radio is same/similar or compatible to the 68?  I've got a 68 RS without the original radio and I found a 69 but not sure if they're a match.

68 to 69 didn't change that drastically so I can't imagige GM would have changed the standard (standard interior) radio.

???

Thanks!

Don:

Here are pics of a 68 and a 69 AM.  Here is a link to this source for radios from a previous post.  I call dibs on the 68 AM/FM they have on their site.  Now all I need is $450 that I have no other use for. lol

Thanks Mark!

I noticed the radio you referenced was different than the 68 Camaro radio.  I've attached pic below.  Notice the shafts on either side of the radio next to the knobs.  What's that?

Appreciate the tip!

Well, they did --as you can see from the pictures Mark posted.  We had a nice little thread about a month ago on radios.
Mark, you do realize the $450 radio is not a Camaro radio.  They sold the 68 AM/FM they had a couple of weeks ago for $875.

That was my point - the CA-139 was listed under the Camaro radios at the referenced website.

I'll also search the CRG forum for the discussion on the radios.

Guys:

My bad.  I posted the pics from the full size not the Camaro.

Sorry, Don! I was actually posting when you did.  I would have never posted that first sentence, if I had seen your second post.

Here's that other thread: http://www.camaros.org/forum/index.php?topic=1119.msg6606#msg6606
