I know when I remove the orginal upper ball joint on my LA built 69 Z.it didnt have those bubble top type ball joints. what about tie rod sleeves?

From my observations there was a mid 1969 change from the bubble top to the stepped top.
I have not seen an original 68 without bubble tops nor have I seen a late 69 with them.

The originals in the Early (10D) 69 Z I am doing had the bubble tops in them before restoration and I know of a 03C and 04C
that both had step tops.

All of the suspension parts for both plants came from the same suppliers.
