While it does seem that photo inspections could be problematic, I'm sure Jerry is savvy enough to know what he is, or is not, authenticating. His reports are very clear to call out discrepancies. And I'd assume the report states something like, no physical inspection was performed and the report is based solely on owner provided information; or something to that effect.
