I have an 69 ss rs 350 4 speed car. It's an early build Nov of 1968. I've owned it since 1978. Any chance the car came with no air pump?

From a car I parted out years ago. You interested in all 3 RS emblems?

General Discussion / Re: L48 fuel lines

Slight conflict with Rick's Camaro. They pulled both BB and SB fuel lines and they are saying the is minute differences with BB being fractionally longer. I did some research and the BB is 2 inches taller from center line of crank to top of China wall. Wouldn't the BB lines be longer then?  Any one know the actual difference?

The assembly manual shows 2 different part numbers. One for sb the other bb. And as I look at ricks catalog I see same thing 2 different part number bb/sb. And as I look closer the bb lines have blue protector caps and the sb have red. Guess what I have blue capped bb lines. Guess what I ordered sb lines. .....with red caps. Ha Rick's will be getting a call Monday

I bought the AC filter and the 3 lines kit from ricks and seems the 3/8 lines are to long. Attaching one to fuel pump and other to carb the lines actually touch where the filter should be? What's wrong here?

mine had the typical ohio rust. and at that time I was able to get all the gm sheet metal except the outer rear fender wells. I think what helped me was I had a 69 buick stage 1 car when i was 16. it needed a cam so I got it running only to blow it up months later. it was at that time I started to realize the value of these cars. A replacement RS code buick engine could never be found. so when the camaro came along I got as much parts nos as possible. they were cheap. most dealers offered a 20 percent discount  for guys restoring cars.
