I know I'm a little late to the party, but if your looking for a custom shifter mount I have all the combinations covered for 1st gen. Camaros...

Big Block and Small Block locations for 1967-68-69 using  early Muncie/late Muncie/ ST-10...

In the first post the shifter mount is on wrong, need to rotate clockwise...

Post #23 is a pretty good list of trans assembly part number tags, but there is an error with the 1969 M-20 part numbers is 3946797 not 3946767 as listed...

I've seen the part number tags from the parts place, IMHO you will not be happy...

The 3950356 tag number was used in Corvettes, Novas, Camaros, Chevelles (maybe others) according to my Muncie data base...

Muncie M-20 bolt style shift shafts, passenger side speedo tail housing, with large 8 tooth plastic speedo drive gear...
