I have a 1969 Camaro she is not a specialty car RS/SS/Z28 she is just a stock plain jane with some options added. My questions is should I paint first and then install my vinyl top or install the vinyl top then paint, some shops that I have contacted want to install the vinyl top first I believe they are worried they may damage the new paint job what do you think? and my next question how long after painting should I wait to install the vinyl if I it install after painting?
