A few years back, i put on a complete exhaust system for a small block camaro convertible from D & R Classic in Warrenville, Illinois and it fit just fine. It cost about $300 for the small block system. I live pretty close to them so I just picked it up so you would probably need to factor in freight plus a little more for the big block.
I have also bought a couple of Gardner systems and they are great but this car was a driver and I had no problems with it.
Might be an option for you.

As the owner of a yellow/yellow z/28 that I restored, the seat covers in the pics appear to be repro covers from PUI.
They are bright yellow and are not even close to the original yellow that came from the factory.

I took a piece of the original material under the bottom of the door jamb windlace that was never exposed to light and sent it in to a company in Canada to have custom interior dye made. I then dyed the new seat covers and the new Al Knoch door panels to restore the original look. Very time consuming but it looks great.

Here is a pic of the back seat bottom with the correct color and the top back in the PUI yellow before dying.

Comfort Weave would be wrong if someone is fussy

With a 'custom interior' in black in a convertible (not a pace car), would not the comfort weave have been the originally factory installed interior in this car?   so actually the 'houndstooth is 'wrong'... and comfort weave is 'right'..  in terms of originality!

PS.  typically through Chevy/GM history, convertibles have NOT been available wtih cloth interiors, probably due to the exposure to weather (sun/rain/etc)...

Yes, interior should be Black Deluxe Comfort Weave with its 712 Code. I have a Black RS/SS convertible with the same situation. 712 interior but previous owner installed a black and white houndstooth. It looks awesome so I am not going to change it.

Yes, Houndstooth was not available in a convertible unless it was a pace car replica.

All the 1969 Pace Cars were white with orange interiors.

The guy that I use for Ceramic Coating has a cast iron gray and it looks great!

Don't waste your time with paint. I have had about (4) sets of exhaust manifolds Ceramic Coated and they look exactly the same as the day I picked them up from being coated. Before that, I tried paint with no success. It will run you a little over $200 but well worth it.

It is an original one but I don't have the car anymore.
It was pretty faded and hard to read too.

I just did this 3 weeks ago on my 1970 442 as the key was falling out of the cylinder when I was cranking the engine. I pulled the cylinder and the code is stamped on the side.

The key was worn out on the end which is what holds the key in the cylinder when you turn it forward. My local locksmith charged $15.00 plus the key charge, all total about $17.00. The new key works great and when compared to the old key, a world of difference!
I had a new trunk key made too and then had duplicates made from the fresh cuts of each key.
If you don't do this, your duplicates will look and work like the old worn out keys.
