I have aquired a powerglidev 2sp shifter w/console plate that i would like to use in my 67 coupe which has a turboglide 350 tranny w/ a manual shifter that has been altered to work w/it ,not very well i might add.What do i need to make the p/g shifter work besides a 3 sp.shift plate?

I recently  purchased what was sold as a rs car, the cowl tag is gone so i'm not sure.the headlight doors will open but not close.I have put 3 new relays /no change.The relays will click when turned off at switch.  Did this year have 2 different head light switches? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!
