I  have a gear box off a 69 camaro with a cast date of 69 and a stamp of 084 9 could someone explain this to me ??

I also have another gear box off another car that 142 cast and 154 9 stamp I make No sense of this  Please help ?

is there a date code and cast date on PS gear boxes mine  has a cast date that apears to say 69 and a stamp that looks doubled stamped and says 084 9 what does this tell me ?

Hey jimmy my car is a LA car , It did not have a spoiler originaly or a cowl hood i did install both on the car a long time ago ( it just lookes cooler ) !

So the YH wheel was not produced till febuary of 1969 and my car would have had AD wheels from the factory ?? PS does anyony know where a set of DEC or early JAN wheels could be bought THANKS JIM

I own a 1969 Z/28 it is a 01C date code I have tried to find a set of original YH wheels  for a long time and can never seem to find a late (dec) or early (jan) date . Should this car have had AD wheels or are these just very hard to find .. THANKZ JIM

Firestone does not make a E 70 15  in a wide oval thats why i was trying to find out the size they are probally G 60 15

I know these had E 70 15  in firestone or goodyear  but i would like to know what tire is on Jim Brandengurg's 1969 Z/28 in Jerry MacNeish's fact book , they are wide ovel i would like to know what size, these tires look better on that car THANKS for any imfo
