Hello...

I have a 67 with a build date of 01D and my original 7037202 is dated A7.  I believe your carb is dated Oct. 1966 which is very close to the build date of 12A.  Sounds like a real good date to me and within acceptable boundries.

Decoding/Numbers / Re: YA Wheel Date Codes??

Hi Norm,

I believe you have February 8, 1969 YA wheels there.  If you car was built after this date, then there is a chance.  I believe that most wheels were within six months of the build date with three months being widely excepted.  I imagine there are exceptions.

Sure.  Give me a day or two and I'll post a picture.  Also, when the mast is extended it's 47 inches from tip to bottom.

Thanks for the help.

Restoration / 67 Camaro AM Antenna
November 14, 2005, 04:20:07 PM
Hello....

I have a 67 Camaro with an AM radio and was wondering if there was a way to tell what the correct antenna looks like?  The one I have is oval shaped with "W 456" on the cable.  Is this correct for a '67?

Thanks a bunch!
