Also, the engine matches the VIN. Does it look real or could it be re-stamped?

Help with this trim tag? Does it look authentic?
What also throws me off on the car is that it has a black vinyl top but the trim tag doesn't have that on. The guy selling(3rd owner) has had it only for about 3 years and he was told it was dealer installed

Shouldn't all 69' Norwood tags have the Xcode. Not sure why this one doesn't have at the very minimum the x44(base) code? Am I missing something or misreading it?
