   Did they replace rear brakes during rebuild?  The drums should come off.  Might need a bigger hammer....I agree with USA1, wheel cylinder is sticking.  Id replace both sides.  Good luck.

My 06A NOR 6/26 build has a 155-9 (June 4).  Same as motor.

My NCRS report shows a production date of 06/26/69.  Car was purchased on 06/30/69 in Pa.  Thats a quick sale.  Bob

    I owned a lot of nice Camaro's, but never a numbers matching or born with engine.  A few years back i started my search for an original Z.  I made up my mind after checking on EBay and a few other sites not to buy from any of them.  Sure, they are out there, but lots of fakes.  My advise, do your research and ask lots of questions.  The guys on here are great and very knowledgeable.  With your budget you should have no problem.  Good luck and keep us posted....Bob

Are front bumpers date coded?  I saw an old thread that said no. There is a 259 stamped on my front bumper. It's 06A build. That would make 25th week (first week of June)?  Is that a stretch?  Bob

My 06A 69Z just says fan on the lens.
