Title: 34th fisher body camaro
Post by: fat-lip-resto on June 07, 2012, 11:09:47 AM
I own a 1967 camaro vin 00087 body number 34 o8d it is a 6 cylinder car I would like some opinions on resale value if I should leave the 6/3 speed or go with a 8/4speed. I would also like to know how many cars are accounted for that are earlier then mine.

It is your car to do with as you please. If it is in good original condition I would leave it as is. Few 6 cylinder Camaros seem to have survived intact.

There are 7 surviving lower VINs from Norwood; 4 from Van Nuys. That's just what is known; could be others.

thanks for the info I am also leaning towards leaving it as it is a good running driving car. Is there a regestry or another site you get your info from?

That's Chuck old car. Nice car. I personally wouldn't change out the drivetrain, it too nice to chop it up.

I agree...I wouldn't change anything.
