Title: 67 Optikleen vs Kleerview washer bottles

Which Camaro models in 67 received the older OptiKleen bottles and which ones received the Kleerview?  I know that the OptiKleen bottles were triangular.  What did the Kleerview bottles look like?  Were they also a triangular bottle?

None. It wasn't a factory option - it was a dealer add-on accessory item.
