I went to NAPA and bought an alternator for my car. The one I got is dated August 16th '68. Which year car would have/could have this came on from factory '68 or '69 or both? Anyway I put it on the shelf and bought another.

August 16th, 1968 would have been for a 1969 model. The 1968 Camaro was out of production by then.
