does anyone know what color the tip of the dipstick was for the 67 302 Z/28? I am thinking it was brown but I could be wrong.

You are correct, it was brown ;D
Bet they can be extremely hard to find.......

Were all '67 Smallblocks the same? My original dipstick for my 327 - 210 hp. has a brown tip on it.
