The Holley 3310 series is a "Universal" replacement carb and has a rating of 750CFM. However, if it also had a GM part number of 3878261-EH on it, it would have been used in the 1965 Chevelle Z16 396! Your date code of 0762 indicates a carb assembled on the 76th day of the year in 1982 or possibly 1992, but I believe by 1992 the 3310-3 or 3310-4 was out. Someone might be able to pinpoint the exact year for you better than I.
