Title: Passanger side Mirror codes

Saw a right side NOS mirror with code 11-DCS R in circle -2. Can anyone help decoded this date. I Thought all were DMI coded but obviously not.

Haven't seen a DCS, but it's a later issue Donnelly mirror. Donnelly changed their names a few times over the years and we know "DMI" is Donnelly Mirror Incorporated, "DCA" is Donnelly Corporation of America, but no info on "DCS". I would imagine Donnelly Corporation S______.

Donnelly Mirror was acquired by MAGNA (http://www.magnamirrors.com/capabilities/vision-systems) in 2002, but they still make automobile mirrors.

By the way, the R in the circle is for "registered".

Got it Mike. Yep. It's a 1992 DCA mirror, way too late for your car.
