I have had this on E-bay for a little while now.  Today I made a concerted effort to read the partial VIN and think I have it now.  The info is V1022DZ,     J 18 9,  3970010, and partial VIN is 19N709284.

Well fellas this one is sold.  It's going to a new home is the Southwest USA.  I am always on the lookout for more and will post them here as I find them.
