I read in this forum that all June cars were 06A.

Does this apply only to 1969, or is this also true for any other year (IE 1968)?? Nowhere I've searched could clarify this for me.

Would it be worth comparing consecutive vins , trim tag dates, and (sheet metal date stampings). For example: My 06a (69 z28 )has a cowl hood stamping of 23 (3rd week of June).?........DON

That's a 69 NOR anomaly.
