I am trying to figure out what type terminal was on the 69 OEM BBC temp switch, W/O gage's, Blade type or a pin type ? Not to be confused with a temp sensor for gage cars.
Thanks for any help. Anyone have a original they could photo ?
Mike
Mike,
Original sensors w/o gauges had a pin type, but according to rick's, currently unavailable.

Thanks, all the resto place's and auto parts stores only sell the later style with the blade connector. I found this NORS one on pee bait

it replaces GM 1993396 that is listed in the 69 Camaro A.I.M
the ad says 70-72
No one makes a correct repro. I had to buy a good used one off flea bay for my 68 z without gauges. I've also had a hard time understanding exactly what kind of connector goes on the end.
I think Rock Auto may have what you are looking for ................................... maybe.

No, that is a temp sender not a temp sw.
Sorry about that, I didn't read the description properly. I should only talk about what I am familiar with. My 68 327 convert. didn't have gauges and it had the single blade type switch. My 69 350 convert has gauges and has the threaded post type sender.
Got the picture I was hoping for, some good info hear, Thanks guys
