For $600 it would have to be for my car. I don't think a collector would pay that price, but I could be wrong.

I would think the seller is hoping to find the owner of that car with that price. Like finding a needle in a hay stack. But that paper work would be like gold for the original car. I would give twice that for the paper work for my car. I wish him luck.
