Title: c code on a 69?

my 69 camaro is a very late build, the 245th car from the end. is it possible for this car to have the c stamp before the coding numbers?

You mean on stamps like the rear axle code?  Yes, the three letter codes on things like axle codes started in September of 69.  Not all cars have them though.
