Back in my day and the present day, I never used a tire tool to tighten belts. A three foot Snap On pry bar maybe. 8)
I'm still wet behind the ears about stamps and technical details but even I can make a call on this one. WOW factor !!
THE NUMBERS ON THE CASE ARE CROOKED BECAUSE BACK IN MY DAY WE USE TO TIGHTEN THE FAN BELT WITH A TIRE IRON AND THE TIRE IRON WAS PRYING ON THE NUMBER AREA.
??????
So he tightened it so hard, that the numbers got pushed around on the case? I have used a tire iron to tension a fan belt. Never saw that happen.
Re stamp lesson 1, do it right. Lesson 2 say it is a re stamp or the CGR guys will tell you is. I hope Stevey is listening.
