Kevin has made a site that lists and shows tags that were for sale on ebay, craigslist, etc. Mostly trim tags, but there are a few VIN tags too. Just an fyi.....

Wow! Beautiful job, Kevin!!
Is there a way to add a cowl tag to your database? I see a lot of the cowl tags I posted here on CRG in your database, but I have a few that don't show up on your site.
For example... 124378N478184 68-12437NOR179130 (photo attached)
Also, in the case of VIN tags, is there a way to do a search with the VIN or partial VIN?
Again, great job and thanks for making our hobby a little safer!
Paul
BTW, here's my original post on the above VIN and cowl tags...

They were being sold on Ebay back in April of 2008.

Kevin, great job!
Checked mine and it's not there.
You put a tremendous amount of work into this. What I like most about it is how user friendly it is. Excellent Job!
Your 68 is a cream puff, and...you stole it. ;)
BTW...If you need a paint chart for 69 let me know...
Very nice
I have some different information on cowl tag 69-12437NOR1xxxxx than you have on your site. The attached link shows it was sold on 2-27-11 for $125.00. Buyer was butkusfan.

I did ask that he break the lines of data apart, e.g. 68-12437 NOR11484. The problem is if you google NOR11484, it won't show up.
Also note that some of the tags are fakes. Go figure, people will pay more for a fake tag than it would cost to have a fake one made.....

Thanks Marty! I'd love a copy of the 69 paint chart. I bought one a while ago, but now I can't find it. If you could scan it and send it to kevin@y2camaro.com that would be great.

That's a great suggestion, Kurt. I'll work on making it more friendly to a Google search. Improving the database search will be a little more challenging!
Just sent the chart...hope it works for you...
Got it, thanks again!
Awesome effort thank you!
And a Butternut registry to boot! Gotta love it!
The Butternut needs some lovin' too!
seems to be a lot of fakes on there. D80 showing up awfully early.
So are you looking for more butternut pics?

Thanks Paul. I already have those. They were listed by 69morph (http://y2camaro.com/tag/69morph.php), who I like to call Mr. Bucket O' Tags. Here's his collection. They're all real I'm sure... /sarcasm.
