unusual that a san francisco dealership would get cars from norwood ohio

Not really. After Van Nuys shut down in late April, Norwood was the only source of Camaros.

didnt Van nuys build another 1008 cars in june and july, even though thats not many.

Yes, but that was only to empty the plant system - they didn't build any new orders.
